Ht. -, Wt. --- - How is everyone doing on the challenge? The challenge was: exercise for at least 30 minutes five times this week. If you already exercise regularly, add ten minutes to your routine. Those of you who missed the start, or slipped up, you have a mini-challenge. Exercise for at least 30 minutes for the remaining of the week!! Including today, you will only be able to do four, but it's a great start!!! Anyway, for those of you who have been doing this- this is the mid-week check...time to brag about your success.
