Ht. 5'3, Wt. 155 - Hey everyone. i havent posted in a while. im on a lowcarb diet and im wondering how i did today...breakfast-2 scrambled eggs. lunch-chicken cesaer salad w/a glass of water. then i had little bowl of strawberries(since berries and strawberries are the lowest carb fruits) thats what i had for lunch and breakfast. for snack later ill either have a string cheese (since it only has 1 carb) and for dinner whatever my mom makes. later on im going to the gym w/my dad =] thanks and good luck to every1
