Ht. 5-6, Wt. 155 - Hey guys!! I ate breakfast really late today because I woke up late and then I needed to start cleaning my room. so it's 12:15 right now and i just had breakfast.. i guess it's sort of lunch. i need to get up earlier to have an early breakfast.. but i just had a fruit smoothie that i made with strawberries, bananas, a lil low fat milk, and ice. then i had a whole wheat english muffin. how is that?! for the past 3 days i've been doing this "walk away the pounds" video. it's like for old people haha, but it's been getting me going. it's 3 miles long and you can do it right in your living room. it also uses weights and stuff to intensify it! you guys should check it out. the one i bought came with 3 videos. the 1 mile, 2 mile, and 3 mile. so if you can't get up to 3 miles.. start with the 1 mile!! but yeah! how do you guys think i'm doing?
