Ht. 5-6, Wt. 155 - Hey guys!! just wanted to give some tips that i find helpful!! *For all you guys that don't like drinking water...you don't need to put that crystal light stuff in it! just try some lemon or lime!! it's so good!!! *try green tea or black tea!! it realy fills you up if your having some craving or you're just bored or something. it also speeds up your matabolism tastes good too!! *get some of those at home videos!! they're great!!! billy blanks tae bo videos!! yoga videos!! pilates!! just walking ones!! any arobics!! have fun with it!!! and your at home so nobody has to watch you but you!! *keep yourself busy so you're not tempted to eat!! *smoothies!! they are good for breakfast!! just throw in some fruit and low fat milk! and some ice!! blend it up!! it's HUGE and very few calories!!! *add cinnamon to anything you can!! i read in an article that it's a really good aide in losing weight!! comment me back! tell me what you think
