Ht. 5'6", Wt. 203 - ADVICE! add lemon into your water and even honey to add sum flovor and it helps with weight loss.. and i recently started doing 2 miles a day for i walk half of a lap and run the rest for all 8 laps and its only been bout 4 DAYZ and ive already LOST 2 POUNDS! and i eat the same..like bread and all that so if i cut down on that ill probbly lose more..
