Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Thanks a lot. |
Message Replying To From rachelle, Age 16 Ht. 5'6, Wt. 235 - i think i have just officially lost all motivation. i just came back from idaho where i was for 7 weeks. before i went there i weighed 238, 239, maybe 240 on a heavy day. the whole time i was there every time we went out to eat i ate salads. my eating habits changed drastically, i rode my bike for 6 miles 3 or 4 times a week, and yesterday i weighed my self, completley happy to see i was 230, 229 ish. then today i came back to tucson and weight my self here. 238. i didnt really eat yesterday, i weighed my self at the same time of day. this scale said my sister was 10 pounds heavier too, so maybe its just broken, but that still means i didnt lose any weight because if i did i would have been heavier than that before i went to idaho. i am now convinced that no matter how hard i try i wont lose weight. 7 weeks doing all that and im still the same. SOMEONE PLEASE PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME!!!! |
