Message Replying To From Mikayla, Age 15 Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Someone mentioned earlier that the best way to tone arms is to lift weights. I've been doing 100 reps of 20 lb bicep curls everyday since April 8....my arms have bigger muscles when i flex, but they arent toning...they are still the ONLY place I have not lost inches. Its driving my crazy. I do bicep curls with 20 lbs (dont tell me its too much--i spent a year working my way up to it) and 5 lbs stretching my arms straight out while doing squats. I've lost 5 inches in my thighs doing it, yet none in my arms. |
