Ht. 5-8-, Wt. 215 - i am really seeing no results, please im going to tell you what i ate today and you tell me what the problem is. for breakfast i ate a whole wheat english muffin with no fat/ trans fat butter then for my snak i had a small plum then i had a turkey sandwish on wheat toast with lettuce and tomato and no dressing then i had a peach and for dinner i has a tuna fish sanwich cosisting of wheat bread and a slice of cheese with light mayo and my exercise was burning 1000 calories on the eliptical and i have been doing this for 3 weeks and i lost 5 pounds teh first week and then 1 pound each week following.. i dont get it. btw i eat the same thing basically each day and i drink at least 4 liters of water each day... i dont get it
