Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - I woke up at noon so I ate vegetarian chili with some saltines crumbled into it. Later I ate 3 egg whites and an organic fruit bread thingy. For dinner I had a tortilla with cheese melted on it and I put tomatoes, lettuce and onions on it. I didnt work out besides my long walk, but i surprisingly dont feel as big as i usually do before i go to bed and my stomache is rumbling with hunger. My dad is going to find my some tofu in chicken flavor so i can get more protein than just my egg whites.
