Ht. 5'6", Wt. 203 - okay its been a full week since ive started doing 2 miles a day now i think im gonna add 1 more lap and every week just keep adding over all in this week ive lost 4 pounds and ive been eating like pizza and everything but yeah im gonna start chaning what i eat so i can lose more! JUST ADD MORE EXERCISE TO YOUR LIFE!
