Ht. 5'6", Wt. 155 - so guys... i just did the "walk away the pounds" 3 mile walk! then 100 crunches. it felt good! now i'm eating dinner. i'm having this soup stuff that my mom made:tomatoes, zuchini, corn, ocra, carrots. and some otehr stuff.. it's so good!! i'm going to have an organge and some salad too!! it feels good.. what do yall think?
