Ht. 5'1, Wt. 157 - Hey Everyone!! Ok i have this problem where like one day i''l be doing great u kno like excersising eating right and everything and i'll feel great and then the next day i completly BINGE!!! i eat anything and everything!!!!!!!! and then the next day i'll be back on track and then in like 3-4 days i'll binge again!! Any ideas how to stop this habbit? -Lucy
