Message Replying To From WEEKLY CHALLENGE, Age 0 Ht. -, Wt. --- - Okay...It's been one week since the last challenge: Exercise for at least 30 minutes for 5 days. Or, if you already do that, add 10 minutes to your workout. How did you do on it? Keep exercising!! Dont stop, because that challenge is over. Time for a new weekly challenge: DRINK AT LEAST 64 OUNCES OF PLAIN WATER EVERYDAY!!! Water is sooo important for general health, as well as weight loss. It helps to digest food, speeds up your metabolism and helps to flush out fat cells. So, good luck, to everyone who is participating!!! |
