Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - I am amazed. A few days ago I wouldnt eat much and then go to bed feeling all bloated and full. I started upping my calories a bit and i go to bed hungry! And guess what?? I fit into my american misses size 14 jeans. They are still tight, but they zip so my summer goal is to be comfortable in them. I ate a few too many egg whites today (5) but i really needed to get some more protein in. I also ate an organic toaster thing, a corn on the cob, a bowl of oatmeal with fruit in it, and a tortilla with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and lots of onion on it. It was more calories than i normally get and i was stuffed at the end of dinner after corn and that meatless fajita, but within an hour i was starving again. I think this is going to work for me guys!
