Ht. 170cm, Wt. 245lbs - so i decided im not gnna go on a no carb diet but a low carb one,, like no carbs at lunch and some at dinner,, daily excersice 4r 4o mins .. and ill eat fruit and veggies .. with that can i get good results and lose 17 lbs in 3 weeks
