Ht. 5'2, Wt. between 185-190 - Im not sure how much i way because i havent checked in a while. It's like i dont want to know. I really want to start weight watchers again but my mom can't bc she has major stomach problems which allows her only certain foods. and there fore I can't which really sucks because i love weight watchers. Idk maybe i can talk her into it. But i feel like I wanna cry right now bc i cant do this by myself and I am all i got right now. I dont have the motivation I need. I am real lazy. And to top it off my sleepping schedule is real screwed up. I need someones help to come up with ways to stick to loosing weight. Good ways. And maybe I can loose a couple lbs by the time school starts and maybe like 30 by christmas. I really really hope. I start school september 8th. How much do you think is possible. I need excersing tips. and motivation tips. I need to make myself happy, i need to do this for me. Also, i want to start yoga.
