Ht. 5'8'', Wt. 192??? - Hey Guys! I just joined. If you guys could tell me how to do things that would be great!! I heard about this website through a book I bought Calle "The Diet for teenagers only" by Carrie Wiatt and Barbara Schroeder. I highly recommend it!!! Ok so Today for breckfast I had an egg white omelete with cheese, i serving of cereal, and 1 cup of blue berries. I know that sounds like a lot but in the book it says to eat the biggest meal in the morning and then get smaller through out the day. That makes sense to me. I am on a 1400 calorie diet and have it broken down into 3 servings of grains or startchy veggies, 2 servings of fruit, 2 servings of dairy, 2 servings of protein, and 3 healthy snacks. I did weight watchers for awhile but I qained the weight back, plus I was always hungrey, today in my second day of this new diet. I hope to lose a pound a week. If you guys have any advice let me know!!
