Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - I see a lot of people on here stressing/obsessing about pounds. My advice: chuck the scale. For a number of reasons, but primarily because it doesnt count in muscle and bone mass and it doesnt give you an accurate account on your health. If you base your life around numbers, then you might be jeapordizing your health to achieve your ideal. If you measure yourself weight loss is more of a joy.
