Ht. 5'6, Wt. more then it should - ok so i havent gained any this summer ive stayed about the same... but yeah im still not happy.. because i have been promising myself oh im gonna lose fifteen pounds blah blah blah the normal stuff and yeah it never seems to work for some excuse or another so yesterday i was talking w/ one of my friends and she is in the same situation..shes wants to lose some but has no motivation.. well we both like to run so we decided we are going to start training for a 5k race which will be in october..we are hoping to do three of them and actually place but until then we are training and so to my point does anyone have any clues about what to eat that will give you energy..i know no junk not alot of fruit...eat veggies protein and all that stuff but you know stuff you hear like oh carrots do this or something well let me know!
