Ht. 5'1, Wt. 184.6 - This is for Kim, age 15. I posted last week that I've lost 20 pounds and you wanted to know how long it took me and how I did it. It took me 11 weeks and I did it using the weightwatchers program. It got easier the more I did it because my 'healthy habbits' became just that - habbits. I'm confident that I can lose the rest of the weight I need to shed (50 more pounds) and I have to say, this new life style is really getting to be fun for me. :) Good luck.
