Message Replying To From Caitlyne, Age 15 Ht. 5'6, Wt. 180 - Hey y'all! Just checking in to say what I've eaten today... 9:30 AM - glass of 1% milk with protein shake mixed in (lots of vitamins : vitamin D, B12, vitamin C, vitamin A, fibre, calcium..all sorts! 1:00 PM - pita bread sandwich (turkey, lettuce, mustard, light cheese) 3:30 PM - 2 vegitarian soft tacos 9:00 PM - 1oz of steak (1 serving) with steamed broccoli and onions. I think I did really well today:) |
