Ht. 5'7, Wt. 210 - at first i biked 30 minutes and have not lost weight with eating pretty healtyh and drinking 2+ liters of water everyday. i started jogging 30 minutes everyday for the past 2 weeks and do not drink any soda at all only water. and i have not lost any thing. what am i doing wrong? its seriously a bummer!
