Message Replying To From Kat, Age 15 Ht. 5'5, Wt. 145lbs - How much weight do you think I could lose if I did the following? - Cut out junk food completley, except maybe once a week 100 calories worth (I eat at least 300 calories worth of junk food every day) - Do a 50 minute kickboxing video 5x a week - Did lunges/squats/etc 3x a week for 20 minutes - Drank lots of water - Eat no more then 1300 calories a day. How much do you think I could lose? thanks |
