Ht. 5'6, Wt. 180 - Woohoo Sunday is weigh in day:D From 2 weeks ago I have lost a total of 5 1/2 inches over my bust,waist and hips (all together) and a total of 6 pounds! I must have traded in a lot of fat for muscle, which is great news:) I was thinking earlier this week that I just wasn't seeing the results but the measuring tape told me I was wrong and now I'm in a great mood, today I ate very well, did 50 crunches and went on the treadmill for 40 mins (250 calories burned off) and I feel great!!! For those who aren't seeing the results just keep up whatever you're doing because when you do (and you will) it's all worth it, and it only encourages you to work ever harder. Good luck guys, I still have lots more to loose.
