Message Replying To From Isabella, Age 13 Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 171lbs - Brekafast: lowfat muffin, water/snack: fat free yogurt, 1 oz almonds, 2 squares dark choclate/exercise: 35 min of soccer!/lunch: tomato and motzarella salad, bread, 1/2 cup pasta mixed with 1/2 cup of brocclirabe ( a veggie that kind a looks like a cross between spinach and broccoli.)Yummy!
