Ht. ??, Wt. 160 - Hey, everybody. First i want to congratulate everybody who lost weight. I know how hard it can be. Anyways my whole life I've felt fat even when i wasnt. In elementary school my body developed sooner than my classmates and i got really tall. This made me feel fat, but i wasnt. I remember being nine and not eating anything for days. So ever since fourth grade ive struggled with my weight and since i kept on again off again starving myself i ended up gaining more weight because i was killing my metabolism. I ended up going up to 175 pounds when i was 16. Well i started a healthy diet a month again and im down to 160 pounds. Im doing it slowly and not setting any dates. Im just taking it a day at a time and everytime i mess up, i just get right back on it. I also dont starve myslef, because its the worst thing you can do. My goal is to be 110 pounds. Ill keep you guys updated on how im doing. Wish me luck.
