Ht. 5ft, Wt. 132.5 - YES!!! I LOST 3 POUNDS LAST WEEK! SCORE!!! My brother is really into fitness and weight-lifting so he has been sorta like my personal trainer. Everyday I go down to my apartment complex fitness room and run a whole mile non-stop. It seems to be helping ALOT. I've also been making sure I eat right. You know, counting calories, that whole thing. My gosh I'm so freakin happy. BTW, I started out this summer at 140 pounds. :-D :-D :-D
