Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Well I looked at the nutrition facts on the mcdonalds website. number-wise, if you get a small something without anything on the side, the food isnt that bad. Then....I looked at the ingredients. High Fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated soybean oil.....all of which cause weight gain and poor health. The part of the ingredients that made me cringe though was seeing they use "liquid margarine." It made me want to barf. No thanks....I'll stick to homemade organic foods.
