Ht. 5'2, Wt. 197 yup i gained - well me and my friends have been getting up together at 9 to go walk at my local track wat we do is that we all call each other in the morning and noone takes no for anwser so if u say no to one of ur friends she wont let u everyone agrees that if you have to get up wants everyone is at the track we all run around the track one time and some of my friends are in shape so they kinna push u to wanna keep up with them so then we run that 1st lap and then if u cant run anymore then u walk and then ur 3rd or 4th lap u run again it feels great after u have done it for a while. good luck p.s anyone have any good eating tips?
