Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 171lbs - Food today: Breakfast: 1 slice of light cheese toast ( i was on the run!) and glass fat free choch milk/snack: fat free yogurt w/unsalted almonds (all the calcium I need today!), and one small lowfat cookie (today was the last day of camp, i was craving something sweet, and I resisted fries and chicken fingers for 6 whole weeks!!!)/lunch: lowfat tuna sandwhich, banana, carton of mango nectar (that's mosty all juice, not a lot of sugary perseves!/exercise: 1 hr of mixed sports. we did some throwing contests with wiffleballs, hitting contests, base races ( i did really well for me--my time i was a little over 10 seconds!), and a long jump thingie. i'm also going to he pool now. So HOW AM I DOING?? ALSO TERESA THAT'S OKAY U DIDN'T REPLY, BUT SMART MOVE DELEATING YOUR MYSPACE!
