Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 210 - Hey guys! Okay so this is what I plan on doing. I noticed that I'm on the computer or watching tv (I never used to watch it, but just recently we got satellite.) most of the day when I'm not out..at the store or with my friends or whatever. So what I plan on doing is doing ANY sort of excersize for an hour and half all day. It doesn't have to be INTENSE cardio..like just riding my bike around. Maybe some days I'll do more. Save the computer and the TV for when it's night and you're not able to go outside and excersize..so I'm going to try to come on here every night and just post how I'm doing and reply to posts. For my eating I'm going to do what I used to do when i got results..which is: eat breakfast (oatmeal, or small bowl of cereal, or fruit..) around 8-9. Then 11ish I'm going to eat a snack which is either a fruit or veggies. then 12:30 i'll eat lunch which is usually..(something like a sandwhich, salad, fat free hotdog..) around 3ish i'll eat another snack.. (peanuts..or apple with peanut butter..orcelery with peanutbutter..) something with protien basically. Dinner at 6ish which will be..(veggie burger..or roasted chicken..or shrimp) or something that will give me some carbs for energy. when i get a sweet tooth i'll eat a yogurt..because even though i read their not THAT good for you because of all the sugar..its the best desert you can have basically. I'm going to drink all water because my brother did it and he got great results. and also from cutting out junk food..i know alot of people didn't read this but i use it as a sort of online diary too..so yeah..thanks for putting up with this long post. good luck you guys!!! wish me luck!!!!
