Ht. 5ft, Wt. 133 - Hi it's me again. I was just at the fitness room and rode the bike for 20 min. I think I went 4.75 miles or something and considering I was on a higher gear that made it harder so I'm tired. I also thought of something today. Instead of giving yourself a half cup of Ice cream that doesn't really fill you up, Try making homemade milkshakes. Just put a scoop of your favorite Ice cream into a cup and add some milk.They're almost always lower than 200cal. Just don't eat it after 8:00pm cause then you don't do much to help burn off the calories. And it should really just be a once in a while treat but gosh they're GOOD! YUM YUM YUM!
