Ht. 5'9 or taller, Wt. 200 - for people who are wondering how 2 do the scedule plan do what i do i have a small bowl of cearal and a peice of toast for breackfast for a snack eat pretsuls or a couple of cheese crackers for lunch eat a sandwich and drink water or healthy foods and drinks 4 dinner eat a full coarse meal make sure you eat the same time each day plan excersise say everyother day and keep losing and good luck and thanks 4 the tips
