Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 171lbs - Today: Breakfast: light cheese otast, fat free yogurt~~Lunch: 1 broiled salmon fillet with a tablespoon of butter sauce (i ate out! so next time, i am going to say no sauce), 1 cup of mxed veggies, fat free forzen yogurt~~Snack: 12 Ritz crackers with almost calorie-free salsa~~Dinner: 1 grilled fat free hot dog, 1 cup of saurkreat, 1 cup of potatoe and tomato salad (completely mayo freei, just garlic and a little herbs, drizzle of olive oil)~~Exercise: 1 hour total of swimming, night walk. HOw did I do?
