Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - This is for Eddie who earlier said she eats Wendy's Chicken Sandwhiches. These sandwhiches include: 380 calories, 140 calories from fat, 15 grams of fat, 2 grams of trans fats (trans fats are truly truly horrible for you), 3 grams of saturated fats, 35 mg of cholesterol, 43 g carbohydrates, 5g of sugar. Bad ingredients included in this sandwhich: Modified Corn Starch, Partially Hydrogenated Corn and Soybean Oil. Note: May be cooked in the same oil as Fish Fillets and Crispy Chicken Nuggets. High Fructose Corn Syrup. STOP EATING FAST FOOD PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
