Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Thanks a lot. |
Message Replying To From Lauren, Age 18 Ht. 5'5, Wt. 141 - The past few days have been alright with my fitness program. I think I might have lost those couple of extra pounds that it looked like I had gained. I don't know if it is this new medicine or not, but I'm always feeling nauseous lately, and I just don't seem to have an appetite at times. The past couple of days, I've walked on the treadmill. I walked 2 miles last night, and boy was it tiring! It was odd, because I've walked on the road 2 miles before. The treadmill seems to be more difficult; I think it might be the incline. Anyways, that's about all for me. We ate at Ryan's for my dad's birthday, and I probably overdid it, but atleast I didn't get 2nd helpings for once. The feeling of nauseousness happened then. Anyways, that's just about all for me. I just want to remind you guys, not to be too hard on yourselves. I've been overweight my whole life, and all it took me to lose 40 pounds was cutting out the candybars, substituting in some Healthy Choice meals, and getting active. Yes, it took me about 4 months, but like I've heard and seen others say before, the weight didn't come on all at once overnight, so it isn't going to come off overnight. If you find the right snacks, you can save yourselves quite a few calories as well. I never thought that I would be able to find 5 calorie jellos, but it is out there. :) Best of Luck! |
