Message Replying To From Mikayla, Age 15 Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Every evening, from 11pm to Midnight I like to just be alone and watch Roseanne reruns and knit or play on the computer. Only problem is that is the time I get REALLY hungry, so I eat 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (which is the serving size). I realize now that it could be why I am not losing weight anymore because it is so late at night. Today is the first day that I am giving it up. Wish me luck because I love Peanut Butter. Also, my carb intake is too high, so I am either going to eat my tortilla veggie wrap or oatmeal everyday, not both. I'll substitute the calories with high protein egg whites and fruits/veggies. I need to lower my hydrogenated ingredient intake too, and I couldnt find any organic tortillas, so the tortillas will be my only source of that type of ingredient (unless I find my own recipe). Organic peanut butter will be my PB fix DURING THE DAY WHEN I CAN WORK IT OFF. sigh. I really want to fit comfortable into a size 14 by the end of the summer because i want to get nicer clothes for school. |
