Ht. 5'5, Wt. 142 - Today wasn't such a good dieting day for me. (I know...I say that everyday...)We went to the mall, and I ate a Chik Fil A. My sister ordered for us, and she upsized mine... I know that doesn't give me much of an excuse, but I always eat whatever is in front of me. I have a big lack of willpower when it comes to that. :( I told myself that that was all I was eating for the day, but then I had cake and icecream with my dad for his birthday. Then him and I went for a mile and a half walk, and when I came back, I had a Healthy Choice meal. :( So add in 860 calories for the Chik Fil A meal (I wasn't sure if I had the 4 strips or 6 strips, so I just went for the 6 strips...) Then, 190 for the icecream, and 210 for the Healthy Choice meal. That already takes me to 1260 calories. :( I've had 2 cups of Cranberry juice today, which is around 80 calories, 40 calories for each cup...1340 calories. I'm not even bothering with the piece of cake I had. *sigh* I subtracted 150 for the walk, even though I'm just guessing. Usually when I do 2 miles, I get up around 210 calories that I burned, but since we only went 1.5, I decided 150 calories. Anyways, if I subtract that, I have about 1190 calories for today, but like I said, I didn't even add in the cake. So, ya know, not so good day for me. I'm really wanting to get back on the dieting track. Since I've got to most of my goals, I'm really slipping and getting irresponsible. Tomorrow is a new day though, and a start to a new week, so let's hope things will be better. :)
