Ht. 5"5', Wt. 235 - Okay, it's been a few weeks and I haven't been eating healthily at all! I was eating only 500 calories a day and exercising for 2 hours as well! Definately not a good idea since I know I won't be doing that all my life! Yikes! So, for the last few days I've been thinking about it a lot and I've decided that I want to do this in a healthy way and I don't want my weight to be the only thing on my mind. I honestly cannot live if my weight is all that consumes me. So today is my first day actually eating well! I'm going to be eating between 1200-1500 calories per day and adding exercise as I go along. I don't want things to get out of hand like they did before so I'm going to take this slow and hopefully start participating on this website a lot more. Good luck everyone!
