Ht. 5'9, Wt. 212.7 - ok well i weighed myself today and its been six days and if that scale is right then i lost 3.9 pounds. im kinda dissapointed cuz i thought i could do better. but im looking at it like this. i would rather eat less and exercise and lose weight slowly than eat whatever i want and gain weight fast. you guys dont think that im not eating enough do u, i eat 1200 calories or less a day and i walk anywhere from 40 min to 1 hr 20 min a day. j/w i really want this sooooo bad lol (: Thanks
