Ht. 5'4, Wt. 306 - okay everybody, Im Anna F, and im here to stay. like most of you, i have been on diet after diet, and as you can see by my wieght, they all backfired. especially the atkins diet, i say DON'T GO ON IT, It SERIOUSLY MESSED ME UP! when i started it, i was at 290. then lost 30 pounds, in 4 months. but of course, it backfired, i stopped losing wieght, i gained more back, not just wieght, but fat wieght, before, it was muscle cus i lifted wieghts also.(yes, i am a girl who lifts wieghts, not to be one of those macho girls, but to gain healthy musecil mass) so now, im here, stuck in the 300 club at a size 24 jeans. but luckily, i'm changing that for a far healthier life style. now, because of my body's now messed up abilty to absorbed fat, i am going on, DOCTER, read carefully, DOCTER proscribed diet pills. i am not saying that yes, you should go out and get diet pills. this is what my docter gave me to help with my body. most people here, prolly don't need them, the only diet pills you should ever use are from the docters, if you use them at all. becuase there are cases of over the counter diet pills, ( zantrax-3 etc..killing people. anyways, along with the diet pills, I am changing my life style, bit by bit. unlike most girls,(and guys) i am eating 2000 colories,cus of my large mass. i need that much to keep my body functioning. few of you know, is that your BMR or the amount of calories your body burns at rest, is a factor also, that's why we girls need to eat between 1400-2000 calories a day. anyway's, i'm guessing you guys are tired of my blah story, just thought you would like to get to know me, since im gonna stick around for awhile and give support to everyone who wants to be healthy. anyways, peace and love anna
