Ht. 5.2, Wt. 170 pounds - Hey! I want to lose 50 pounds safely, but i'm not sure i'm going to do it right. I gained 45 pounds in about three months! My doctor told me that that's why i had a diabetes scare. My short term goal is to lose ten pounds in two months and my long term goal is to lose 50 pounds and be a size eight by June 1, 2007. August- October Sunday: 8 minute taebo workout dance in room for about ten minutes Monday-Friday Basic taebo workout after school Eight minute workout before school On bad days, 10 crunches, ten pushups before school Saturday Advance Taebo workout Basic workout that morning Dancing for twenty minutes Jog for ten minutes. I have it broken down into sessions for August-October, November-February, and March-June. I think this is pretty good, but if you have an idea or opinion, let me no. I don't want to get diabetes and i have to lose weight to get fit, reduce my chances of diabetes and heart disease which is a big killer besides Cancer in my family, and to maintain my ablitiy to keep up with my eleven year old sister.
