Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Thanks a lot. |
Message Replying To From Lola, Age 15 Ht. 5'8, Wt. 195 - Last week i bought "The Diet for Teenageers Only" and found outh that if i followed that program i would need to consume 2000 calories. That seems like way too much when i am trying to lose weight. I use to stick with 1200-1400 and then once I up it up 800 i constantly feel like I am over eating. It says for BMI of 29 and up to eat that (i am 29.something I think), but people with bmi of 28 eat 1600...do you think it would be more effective if I did that program instead. I mean its only a matter of of one point??? I kinda am confused on what to do-1600(although not matching BMI) or 2000(corrosponding with BMI). Any help is greatly appreciated.Thx |
