If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Tina, Age 14 Ht. 5'5, Wt. 190 - so far i've lost an inch off my waist i've been doing 100 situps/crunches/dips/kicks/punches/leglifts and 50 jumping jacks/ over hand claps a day and 3/4 times a week i walk for 30 minutes am i doing good or does anybody have any other suggestions?? *tips would also be much appreciated ;)* |
