Message Replying To From Isabella, Age 13 Ht. 5ft. 4in, Wt. 171lbs - OMG! I just went to GAP today, for the first time ever to see if I could fit in jeans. AS it turns out, I was able to get this slammin pair of darkwash, long and lean jeans! They were a size 12A (ankle cut) low-rise and showed off my cute butt! I looked so hot! I was so happy! THat's from a size 16 to a size 12, maybe i was buying unfited jeans idk but I was so happy! Anyway, food today: Breakfast: 1 small sticky bun w/ peacans, lowfat choc milk, banana/Lunch: 1 1/2 cups veggie lomen, (sp sorry) w/ water and a fortune cookie/Snack: fiber bites snack and fat free yogurt/exercise: walking! walking! shopping! Mom worked late so I was starving. I grabbed a green tea frab from StarBUck's and a fruit salad/Dinner: 1 lowfat turkey burger, peppers, salad, SMALL slice of apple pie, probably like 89% fruit, not a lot of sugar/syrup. I'm kind of forced to eat these baked goods for the moment, but becuase they're homemade they don't have a lot of artificial crap and preserves, they're all fresh. My goal for August is to not drink any soda. PLz reply and good luck everyone! |
