Ht. 6'0, Wt. 145 - TOP 5 TIPS 1. pre make food 2. do something active with your friends 3. dont wiegh yourself until your sure you lost at least 5 pounds 4. if you need something sweet eat fruit or peas, just something healthy and sweat. 5. if you must have something unhealthy, hold out until later in the afternoon, this way you dont loose control and eat it all day long.
