Ht. 5'8", Wt. 170 - Ok, so my portion control is going great today, or so I think. Let's hope I don't blow it. This morning I had a split breakfast. I Woke up late and the only think I could grab was a danimals yogurt -90 cal. Then I came home and ate exactly 1 cup of cheerios, and 1/2 cup skim milk( sounds pretty strict, but I actually LOVE cheerios, and I was curious how much a cup was and everything, because I never measured.)And a banana - 60? For lunch I'm having chicken noodle soup - 120, 10 green grapes (don't know how many calories) and mott's apple sauce - 70 cal. For snacks I had natural skim string cheese (sounds gross but it tastes the same) - Unknown calories. and 6 fat free pringles. Around 40 cal. I've had 30 oz. of water, and 2 small bottles of propel calcium - 60. so many numbers. I know I should be eating more veggies, I'm having them for dinner, and I cut of some cucumbers for a snack later.
