Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Thanks a lot. |
Message Replying To From Lauren, Age 18 Ht. 5'5, Wt. 142 - Bad day. Bad week. Bad past few weeks. *sigh* It's so hard to get on the right track when all my family ever brings home is sweets and that sort of stuff. I've been under some major stress lately as well, and I'm an emotional eater. If I'm mad at someone...I reach for the Teddy Grahams. It's time to get back on track. I'm so worried I'm going to regain the 40 that I've lost, but they always say that normally, you should have around 2,000 if you aren't dieting, right? I'd still like to get down a few more, maybe to 135. Anyways, do you guys have any advice for me? On making the treadmill more interesting? It seems like I'm always staring at the wall. |
