Message Replying To From Isabella, Age 13 Ht. 5ft. 4in, Wt. 171lbs - Food today: Breakfast: 1 lowfat muffin, yogurt whip,glass of water, glass of fat free choc milk/Lunch: salad (w/ chicken, tomato, lettuce, cheese and egg white), roll, apple/snack: fat free frozen yogurt/exercise; I think I'm going to do some pilates or something right now. I'm gonna get my period, so I don't know how much I weigh right now, plus we JUST got rid of some fattening bakery products in the house. Back to normal now. I want to a size 6 or 8 in jeans. From now on I want to focus more on measurements, not weight. Any tips for toning? |
