Ht. 5'2, Wt. 175 - OKAY.....so i had a reality check this week when i went to the doctor and got weighed. over the last year i have gained 20 pounds. Its so depressing because when i was down around 155 i had made it to my 50 pound goal. i had weighed 205...it sucks!! so i started my diet 3 days ago and i have been working out like crazy. Yesterday i did a total of 1 hr. and 50 min. exercise which came out to about 4.5 miles. so i am trying! i want to lose about 40 pounds. anyone have tips let me know...thnaks~blue eyes
